I work in Marlow and often visit in the evenings to try out new techniques or just simply to try and get some new interesting shots. The bridge and church have been photographed thousands of times but I have never seen one taken from this angle….
I have been trying to get a decent shot of this church for a while now. This shot is not what I want as an end result but I like the scene when converted to black and white…….In complete contrast the scond shot was taken in my garden. This fly was not afraid of me in the slightest and just sat there no matter how close I got or how much I accidentally nudged the leaf it was sitting on!
I have been wanting to take some photos of the inside of a church for a while now. On Sunday’s they obviously have a service being conducted and so this is not the best time, otherwise they seem to be closed?? Managed to find this quaint little church open in a village near me (left some money in the collection) ;0)
I had ones of those evenings today where I drove around for ages in the rain without coming accross anything or going anywhere that took my fancy for a photo. Part of the problem was the lack of preparation and forethought about where to go and what to photograph, but the main issue was that it was pouring down with rain. I thought I would write a quick article to give some ideas about what to photograph when it is tipping it down, both inside and outside….
Every now and again I am gonna post an ‘image of the moment’. This will basically be a photo that I have taken that I would like to share with eveyone! ;0)
