Amsterdam – A Photo Gallery

Amsterdam, with it’s 17th century network of concentric canals, embraces the heart of the city. These canals are a result of deliberate city planning. Amsterdam has a rich architectural history. The oldest building in Amsterdam is the Oude Kerk, at the heart of the Wallen, consecrated in 1306.

My ‘Image Of The Moment’ today is this HDR photograph of a railway bridge walkway over the River Thames near where I live. I love the way that the colour on the railings has come through and the depth of field achieved. ;0)
