I had the very good fortune to eat at the Chef’s Table, Gordon Ramsay at Claridges a while ago with my girlfriend and work colleagues. Firstly a massive ‘thank you’ to all of the chef’s and our host (Sommelier) for a fabulous time! The Head Chef was Steve Allen who laid on 11 exceptional courses and made us all feel extremely welcome.
As you can see from the photos the food is exquisite and 3 of our party were invited to cook/’plate up’ one of our fish courses (wild sea trout).
Unfortunately I did not take my camera and so the photos below are from a friends iPhone (which I think did quite well!). Also I cant remember all of the course names as there were so many of them!!
If you are looking for that VERY special occasion then I can’t recommend the Chef’s Table highly enough.

Wow, looks amazing – funnily enough Gordon Ramsay has taken the Beef Wellington off the menu in Hells Kitchen in the USA because is gets stuffed up so often – being in the kitchen no doubt added to the experience – so jealous!
Rather interesting. Has few times re-read for this purpose to remember. Thanks for interesting article. Waiting for trackback
