iPhone Photography Apps – PS Express
There are hundreds if not thousands of iPhone apps dedicated to the photos taken on the phone which pretty much all claim to be able to transform your’ iPhonography’ into amazing images. Quite a few of these are rubbish and the reviews given to them reflect this. There are however a number of iPhone photography apps that are truly awesome, some of them are free of charge and other cost a small fee but all are a great addition to you phones app library..
A Few Birds, A Bridge And A Boat
I took the day off work today and went over to Windsor. The normal, obvious set of photos would have been the castle etc but I didn’t bother with that. Instead I stayed by the river and captured some shots of the hundreds of gulls and swans that inhabit Windsor and enjoy the generosity of the thousands of tourists that feed them each and every day.

10 Stop Filter Explained
Today I received a 10 stop ND filter after reading about what can be achieved using it and searching online for a good deal. As far as I can tell there ar 2 main players in the 10 stop filter market, the Lee ‘Big Stopper’ and the Hitech filter (which I purchased). It’s gonna be fun trying this bad boy out!

It’s been a great year for me and FPR, the site has grown, evolved and continues to take over my life. A Load Of Bottle Tops And Depth Of Field
I was experimenting with depth of field and thought that a pile of bottle tops on a mirror would demonstrate the effect nicely. All image were taken using a Canon 50mm prime lens and Canon 430ex mk11 flash gun……
